Plan A: Debt Partnership via an Exchange Series
A Debt Partnership via an Exchange Series allows any Healthcare Provider to easily and efficiently partner up with Harbridge Healthcare Receivable Exchange, LLC in order to recover lost revenues and work past-due accounts. With this option, the Provider contributes their bad debt into a special purpose Exchange Series LLC that is owned by the Provider and managed by Harbridge. We then work to aggregate all the Exchange LLCs of our member Providers in order to gain the scale and maximize the efficiency of the healthcare collective. As we work to optimize the recovery of lost revenues through this process, we also work to maintain and protect the Provider's brand, as well as all patient rights. Harbridge Healthcare provides all vendor management, tracking, and reporting. When a Provider partners with Harbridge, the difficult, timely, and costly task of managing the relationships with collection agencies falls entirely on us, leaving more time for Providers to focus on what matters most: treating and caring for their patients.
Plan B: Debt Sales via a Managed Account
Establishing a Managed Account with Harbridge Healthcare allows Providers to engage our company to value, market and sell their past due receivables as an alternative option to the Debt Partnership option. With this plan, Harbridge will biopsy the accounts, establish a fair market value and, upon sale, the Provider will receive an immediate cash payment for their accounts - albeit at a likely discount to partnering with us through the Debt Partnership option. If the Provider chooses to market their accounts through Harbridge Healthcare, we will manage the entire process from start to finish, in exchange for a fair share of the proceeds.
